Government + public institutions

The public service.
The systems
behind it.

Websites, applications, and staff systems for cities, districts, agencies, and universities. We design and build both sides of the service, with accessibility and procurement in view.

Before we start

A few practical questions.

Can we start with an audit or design only?
Yes. An accessibility audit, discovery engagement, or design project can stand on its own. Development and remediation are separate scopes unless included in the agreement.
Can you work with our existing website?
We start by reviewing the platform, codebase, content, and available documentation. That review informs whether to maintain, extend, or rebuild particular parts.
What does an accessibility audit include?
Automated checks and manual testing, including keyboard and screen-reader use. Findings identify barriers and priorities. Remediation and re-testing are scoped with your team.
How are scope, timing, and cost agreed?
We review the project requirements, integrations, content, and approval process before proposing the work. Deliverables, milestones, responsibilities, and support are defined in the scope.
Can our organization purchase through TIPS?
Start with the official TIPS profile and contract documents above. Your procurement team determines whether membership, contract scope, and your organization’s purchasing requirements align.
